Welcome home.
This is the room I wish I'd had when I started: no algorithm, no rented audience, no fifteen tools duct-taped together. Just people building a hub they actually own.
Start with one post — who you are, what you're building, and the one thing that's slowing you down this month. Somebody here has already solved it.

Hello everyone. Twelve days in, and I've replaced the link-in-bio maze with one page that holds the recipes, the consultations and the newsletter. It already feels less like admin and more like a practice.
Next up: moving the client notes over. If anyone has done that migration without losing their mind, tell me how.

Small win: moved my glazing workshop off the booking app and onto my own hub page. Same weekend, 14 seats sold, and I kept the whole fee instead of handing over 9%.
The part I didn't expect — people who bought a seat started reading the rest of my site. Three of them joined the membership the same day.

Curious where everyone actually is right now. Be honest — no wrong answer, and the answers shape next month's live calls.
What is the biggest thing standing between you and a finished hub?

Day 9 of building in public. The preset shop and the workshop signup now live on the same page, and I deleted two subscriptions this morning.
Still undecided about pricing tiers — one price for everything, or split presets from the live teaching? Would love a second opinion before Friday.

Wrote up the page-order I use for every hub I touch, because I keep re-typing it in DMs:
1. What you do, in the visitor's words
2. Who it is for, and who it is not for
3. Proof — one specific result, not a wall of logos
4. The offer, priced in plain numbers
5. One thing to do next
If a page on your hub doesn't do one of those five jobs, it's decoration.
